Barbara Cost: photographer, graphic designer.
Born in Brooklyn, NY --  has taken a love of photography and merged it with graphic design & technical skills to produce a high quality fine art product. A lifetime of photographic experience.   2002 graduate of the New York Institute of Photography. 

 

Jamie Cost: photographer: technical consultant.
Born in South River, NJ --  great ability to combine photographic skill and computer technology.

 

December's Rose is a dream that blossomed over many years ago in New Jersey.  The name is derived from a truly phenomenal rose that bloomed from a lone bud in mid December, 1987.  The concept  is derived from a personal dream.   The website is a way to share that dream with the rest of the world.
